Connecticut Website Company provides web design, development, hosting, 360° virtual tours, video production, and related digital media services to businesses primarily located in Connecticut. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Clients must ensure they have the rights to all content they provide, including text, images, videos, and logos. Delays caused by missing or late client materials may result in project timeline extensions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon project milestones or completion. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom content created specifically for their project. However, Connecticut Website Company retains the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and proprietary systems remain the property of Connecticut Website Company or their respective owners.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to deliver high-quality services but make no guarantees regarding specific business results, search engine rankings, or traffic levels. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, including hosting providers, domain registrars, or other external dependencies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Connecticut Website Company's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Connecticut Website Company reserves the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
